This is to build a cordial relationship between SHE BOSS and our Bride to be. It also helps Bride understand hairstyles, the suitable hair texture and look that will be suitable for the occasion. This also helps stylist and bride conclude on hairstyle after taking several things into consideration which will complement the outfit, mood, complexion and face structure. – Session also allows stylist take correct head measurements of bride for accurate sized wig. – Brides willing to go in for this package will decide on time, venue and date for consultation in order to conclude.

This package is for brides whose event are set to be held outside our city, Accra. Some cities are not considered as part of Accra and this package is termed to fill up as a full day event package no matter the number of looks.

PACKAGE EDEM – FULL DAYS PACKAGE (Exclusive to Lead Stylist Edem)

  • Hairstyles selected by the client in consultation with Lead Stylist Edem.
  • Exclusive styling services personally provided by Lead Stylist Edem.
  • Team remains available for touch-ups, photos, outfit changes, and look transitions as required.
  • Complementary: One (1) Pre-Wedding/Pre-Event Look.
  • For events within Accra, this package covers up to two (2) event days.
  • For destination weddings/events outside Accra, this package covers one (1) event day only.
  • Clients are entitled to a maximum of three (3) looks under this package.
  • Additional looks, event days, and/or services beyond the package allocation will attract extra charges.
  • Charges for additional days and looks will be determined based on the number of looks required and the scope of styling services needed.
  • No wait-time charges.
  • Available for destination weddings and events outside Accra.
  • Kindly note that event types may be substituted for any other occasion of your choice.

INCREMENT PAYMENT POLICY

Hello incoming SB Bride, it’s a great responsibility for us to make sure your wedding/event is the best experience you’ll have coming from the hair aspect of it. Hence, we have put measures in place that will serve everyone equally and fairly.
A practice that has been since 2021.

 

So, brides booking in later months are required to pay some percentages based on the month off their chosen packages;

Reasons;

  • Our rates go up every third quarter of the year.
  • Also to ensure 100% input from the team when it’s your turn based on the balanced charged rates of every single client we have.
  • ⁠To make available the opportunity to book your dates no matter how late or far ahead it is without having to wait for months before booking.
  • To ensure no back and forths when prices go up with regards to production, tools, materials, etc
  • ⁠It’s our rate and payment policy.

If you can’t comply with our percentage policies, you can equally wait until when your date is getting closer. Hopefully we still have availability for your big date.

LATE BOOKING PENALTIES 30% EXTRA ON CHOSEN PACKAGES

Hi there, kindly take note. We encourage you to secure your bookings early for availability of dates and to have the best brainstorming for your looks. As the Go-To brand, we believe we have built a solid foundation to ensure your choices are limited based on our knowledge, experience and work ethics. So far recorded no disappointments or contract breach based on both parties agreements and terms and conditions.

That brings us to why you need to secure your date on time. The best times to book us is months ahead your event dates. This helps us plan well and accordingly for the best results when it comes to you. Booking late will cause us to compromise on a lot like working extra hours and faster in order to meet you half-way, sometimes will cause us to turn things around and reschedule important events based on your late bookings.

A booking is considered late when it’s only A MONTH to your event.
With this, client is required to pay extra 30% of your CHOSEN PACKAGE.

DELAYED TIME

These are for morning hours only. Kindly note that all bookings are done according to time and schedules to convenience both parties. However, time allocation after discussion based on Bride’s hairstyle choice should kindly be taking seriously.

Clients who delay working time hours are charged a rate of GHC 300 every 30 minutes.

OVER TIME / EXTRA HOURS

This is taken into consideration by client when client wants hairstylist to stick around to keep hair in place after the hours allocated to stylist and client has been exhausted from stylist time of arrival.
As stylist can choose to leave after her hours allocated to the package has been exhausted/ after work is completed. This is also charged when client exceeds the time limit given for the chosen package.
This is charged per hour after package time exhaustion.

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

With wig constructions, it is advisable Wigs brides/clients use for their big day/events is constructed by SHE BOSS, hence we will be much conversant with working with our own units.

Brides can as well purchase hair bundles from us or provide hair bundles for our wigging services.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT POLICIES

  1. KINDLY NOTE: 80% Total cost is due as a non-refundable deposit to secure the date upon agreement between the two parties, SHE BOSS and Client.
  2. 20% balance is due one week before the agreed date.
  3. Please take note that payment validates booking.
  4. If deposits aren’t made, you haven’t booked us yet.
  5. When client requests for a refund during processes, based on any circumstance, this automatically terminates booking with no refunds made.
  6. Payment by you means you have accepted all terms and policies stated by SHE BOSS.

Cancellation by Stylist

Head stylist can terminate appointment at any point if client is not willing to adhere to brand’s policies, shows disrespect to staff causing discomfort and emotional drain or if clients goes contrary to any of the stated requirements given to client by our brand. Kindly note, stylist can terminate the appointment with no refunds made under any circumstance.

Also, if lead stylist feels threatened or disrespected in any way during booking process or on ground’s work, stylist is allowed to leave the premises with no questions asked and again, no refunds made.

This is to encourage mutual respect between both parties and also to create a peaceful and pleasant working environment for the lead stylist as well as the client.

Cancellation & Change of Date | 30% extra charges for change of dates and locations.

  1. If for any reason, contract between both parties is cancelled two months to a month, within that month or weeks prior to the booked date by the client, Deposits made are non-refundable.
  2. If client changes time/location which causes a squabble with another booking, all deposits made are non-refundable.
  3. If the contract gets cancelled by the client, all deposits made is forfeited due to:
  •  Date being put up as fully booked, hence preventing take-in of subsequent bookings.
  • Interfering with bookings. etc

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if it is prevented or delayed by an event of Force Majeure. An event of Force Majeure includes without limitation strikes, work stoppages, acts of war/ terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, acts of governments, epidemics/ pandemics. Both parties shall come to an amicable agreement.

Failure by Service Provider

In the unlikely event that SHE BOSS LIMITED is unable to perform the contracted services for the Event due to reasons within its reasonable control, and provided that the Client has fully complied with all terms and conditions of the Booking Agreement and is not in breach of any cancellation, rescheduling, payment, or other contractual provisions contained herein, SHE BOSS LIMITED shall make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement service provider of comparable quality, subject to the Client’s approval.

Where no suitable replacement can be provided or agreed upon, SHE BOSS LIMITED shall refund all monies paid by the Client.

This provision shall not apply where the Client has defaulted under any term of the Booking Agreement.

Where SHE BOSS LIMITED is unable to perform its obligations due to a Force Majeure event or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control, neither party shall be held liable for such non-performance, the parties shall discuss and seek to reach an amicable resolution in accordance with the Force Majeure provisions of the Booking Agreement.

PRIVATE WEDDINGS / EXCLUSIVITY

Private weddings are a special touch to make the day even more intimate and personal. Packages displayed on our website are promotional packages as it assists the brand grow when our services are showcased.
However, for exclusivity, clients are required to pay 50% extra fees based on the chosen packages as it deprives us showcasing our services and as a compensation for having total control of our artists intellectual property.

Going in for our regular packages certifies your agreement to the artist being able to showcase her creation. Thank you.

Hair Maintenance by brides

Except for brides who book the Package Edem service, brides who book any other package will be responsible for maintaining and managing their hair after the stylist has completed the allocated service hours and departed.

Reporting and Styling Time

To ensure the highest standard of service and the well-being of our team, our standard commencement time for on-location styling services starts at 7:00 a.m.

The reporting (call) time for all bookings must be discussed and agreed upon with the assigned stylist in advance, taking into consideration the styling duration and hairstyle type, event timeline, travel logistics, and any other relevant factors.

Requests for commencement before 7:00 a.m. will only be accommodated in exceptional circumstances and are subject to the assigned Stylist’s approval, availability, logistics, and an applicable early-morning call-out fee where necessary.

Please note that reporting times will be scheduled based on the estimated time required to complete the agreed hairstyle(s).

Requests for odd early call times, where the styling duration does not require them, may not be accommodated.

SHE BOSS BUNDLES

PROVISION OF SHE BOSS HAIR BUNDLES

Kindly take note, hair bundles are NOT part of styling packages mentioned above. Wig units or bundles are purchased separately based on your look.

Hair bundles are provided by SHE BOSS based on the look you are going in for. Rates for it also depends and the lace type and length of bundles needed to execute your hairstyle. Brides can opt for High definition laces or regular laces, longer hair lengths or shorter hair lengths hence there are no fixed rates.

Appropriate Bundle type, number and length will be discussed during booking processes.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS | TRAVEL CHARGES AND INSURANCE POLICIES

KINDLY TAKE NOTE: Clients outside the GREATER ACCRA REGION (Kumasi, Takoradi, Volta Region, Northern Region, TogoEtc) are required to book PACKAGE EDEM.

  • FOR CLIENTS OUTSIDE GREATER ACCRA, KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING;
  1. Events outside Greater Accra is STRICTLY BY FLIGHT ONLY.

 

2. FLIGHT & ACCOMMODATION / HOSPITALITY:

  • Clients booking outside Accra must provide a suitable accommodation preferably a hotel.
  • No motels or guest houses.
  • Hotel chosen must be closer to client/client’s lodging place.
  • Stylist’s lodging place must be decided and concluded by hairstylist and client a week before fixed event date.
  • Accommodation depends on the number of days stylist is required to stay.
  • Hotels chosen must be clients lodging place.
  • No family house lodging by lead stylist.
  • Personal chauffeurs must be available for lead stylists to and fro for event locations.

3.   Travel Insurance Charges depends on the client’s location.

Kindly contact stylist for travel charges if your location isn’t listed above.

4.  Travel will be by flight for the following regions:

  • Kumasi
  • Takoradi
  • Sunyani
  • Northern Region

Travel by road with regards to locations outside Accra which isn’t listed above, transport charges will be made known to client.

Transport Charges are required for all packages.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Are Hair bundles part of the packages?

No, please. Wig units or bundles are not included. You would have to purchase them separately based on the hairstyle you are going in for.

2) Do I need consultation?

If you have no idea of what you want for your big Day, number of looks you want, a style that will best fit you and match your outfits, You do need to consult with us on the other hand if you have or know what you want, you wouldn’t need consultation and can go ahead and book. Just send us your hairstyle choice, it can be reference from our page or from any other artists you would want us to re-create for you. Kindly notes the hairstyle choices must tally with your package choice.

3) How early do I need to book?

Once you understand, all points made in the packages you can. Also, it’s advisable to do so as early as you can as discussions and settlements for the right looks might take some time and also to avoid the rush in decision making. Secondly, bookings are done only when commitments are made. If you want your date secured bookings need to be done early.
